With 12 years of executive recruiting experience, Paul Sanderson is currently the owner and sole proprietor of the retained firm, Sanderson McLeod. Paul began his search career with the boutique firm, SBR in Nashville, TN, where his first work was with what were then referred to as the Big 5 consulting groups. Soon he became interested in venture funded technology companies and began hiring executive teams and helping to put money and teams together nationwide. While much of his work has been in placing senior business development, marketing, and sales executives, he has placed executives in other functional areas including finance and engineering. Paul is also the co founder of MusicRowsearch, a firm that focuses in executive placement for the Music Industry, and GetReal, a grass roots outreach program aimed at engaging youth in science.
Paul moved to Nashville, TN from Cleveland OH, to pursue his music career, after receiving his MS in Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, Case Western. Currently living in Nashville with his wife and two young boys, Paul is still active in the music community writing, performing, and promoting his songs primarily to Music Artists.
